The Clearing · Cathy Wietelmann

You're not confused.
You've known all along.

Not more self-optimization.
A way back to yourself.

You might know this

You call it confusion.
I believe it's something else.

It's not clarity you're missing. You've simply learned, for so long, not to trust your own truth — until it started to feel like uncertainty.

Deep down, you already know what you feel.

This isn't about becoming someone new — it's about remembering the woman you were, before you started doubting yourself.

For you

Do you recognize yourself?

Maybe you've arrived at a point where you can barely feel yourself anymore.

You've learned to be strong. To function. To be there for others. And along the way, your own voice has grown quieter.

You explain yourself more often than you'd like. Your feelings. Your boundaries. Your decisions. As if you had to earn the right to have them at all.

You often only notice how exhausted you are when suddenly no one expects anything from you.

You breathe out when no one needs anything from you. And push that feeling aside just as fast.

Sometimes you wonder when you actually stopped trusting yourself.

Maybe this feeling didn't start with a specific relationship. Maybe you've known it since you were a little girl.

You learned to adapt. To harmonize. Not to be too much. Not too loud. Not too sensitive. Not too inconvenient.

But maybe this isn't about working on yourself even more.

Maybe it's about letting go of everything that was never truly yours.

And remembering the woman you were, before the world told you who to be.

If something in you said a quiet „yes" as you read — you're exactly right here.

Behind The Clearing

I'm Cathy.

I've never just worked with people. I've listened to their stories. Often, the stories were never spoken. The body had already told them.

Tension that settles in the jaw. Shoulders that quietly keep rising. A breath that barely finds room anymore. A smile that no longer reaches the eyes.

I've been working with people since I was seventeen. First a training in physiotherapy, then as a medical assistant. A motorcycle accident somewhere in between. Hospitals, on surgical wards. Personal training, bodywork. A stretch in Australia, a stretch in Bali, a stretch in management. And now, in coaching.

The thread has always been the same: being with people, listening to them — while their bodies were already answering. And again and again, I've witnessed the same thing:

The body often knows, long before we can admit it to ourselves.

Back then, I didn't yet know why this moved me so deeply. Now I do.

Because I've lived it myself — what it feels like to lose yourself, piece by piece. How easily you begin to doubt your own perception. How long you keep explaining yourself, until you can barely hear yourself anymore.

And how quietly the way back begins. Not with a big decision — but in the moment you start believing your own inner voice a little more than the voices around you.

That's the work I do now. I don't believe in changing women. I believe in holding a space where they can remember who they've always been.

The Clearing is the place where you're allowed to breathe again.

Honest

Who I mean.
And who I don't.

For you.

  • You're in a relationship that has slowly made you smaller. Or you're loosening from it — quietly, one step at a time.
  • You've done a lot already — therapy, books, retreats. And still, there's this one place where you can't move forward. Not because you're missing knowledge, but because you're missing someone who listens while you finally say it out loud.
  • You're not looking for a solution that fixes you. You're looking for someone who sees you — without trying to improve you.
  • You're tired of asking others what you already know.

Not for you.

  • You're looking for mindset hacks, manifestation, or someone who validates every feeling. That's not me.
  • You want quick answers. That's not my pace.
  • You're not yet ready to say the true thing out loud. That's okay. Read the letters. Come back when you are.

Together, twelve weeks

When you feel you're ready to go deeper.

Twelve weeks that aren't about self-optimization.

But about hearing again what has always been within you.

Who are you when you no longer have to please anyone? What do you truly need? Where have you said yes when you meant no? And which people are allowed to walk with you on the rest of your path — and which are not?

I won't give you answers.

I ask the questions that lead you back to your own.
